Introduction: Paragangliomas (PGLs) are rare neuroendocrine tumors that arise from sympathetic or parasympathetic extra-adrenal paraganglia. PGLs have an extremely variable clinical presentation, depending on the localization, tumor size, catecholamine production, compressive symptoms, etc. Germline mutations in PGLs are associated in 30-35% of patients.
